The application and agreement must be fully completed, signed and returned with the following enclosures in order to be considered for participation:
1. A detailed description of products/items to be sold is required for all vendors.
2. A detailed list of all proposed products/items to be sold should be included with application.
3. A vendor fee of $100 per tent should be included with your application in the form of a money order by July 14, 2012
4. Certificate of Insurance
